Molmoro is presented here as a pilot workflow for small tax-firm call intake. It is not tax software, does not provide tax advice, and should not be used to collect SSNs, bank information, tax documents, or filing decisions.
Any live pilot should use approved scripts, a separate pilot number, and human escalation for tax-sensitive or uncertain questions.
